Scope of Work :
1. Structural Strengthening of Steel Piles and Pile Capping Beams at Axis C & D (total piles 286.00 nos)
1.a. Surface cleaning of existing steel piles up to elevation -2.00 m by water-jetting application
1.b. Welding steel plates on pile surface to provide the grout is properly adhere to pile surface
1.c. Placing 12 nos 600 mm length Ø26mm reinforcing bar anchors to capping beam around the pile including vertical reinforcement bar and spiral stirrup installation
1.d. Manufacturing Ø1400mm diameter, 5 mm thick, bottom face closed and outer surface 500 micron epoxy painted steel jacket and installation around the pile after reinforcing is completed
1.e. Filling high strength flowing special grout between pile and steel jacket
1.f. Filling the gap between grout and concrete capping beam wit high strength repair material

3.b. Drilling anchor holes (Ø35mm, L1,200.00-1,750.00mm, 2,112.00 nos)
3.c. Provide and install anchor rod including anchoring epoxy material filling inside the hole (Ø30mm, L1,300.00-1,800.00mm, Gr.8.8, full length treated stud, 2,112.00 nos)
3.d. Provide and install steel plate (3,000.00mmx220.00mmx22.00mm, S355 quality, 352.00 nos)
3.e. Filling high-strength, cement based grout over and under the plates
